Mistakenly ordered the wrong product
I had a really bad experience with this company. I accidentally ordered the wrong product, and when I tried to fix it on the website, I couldn't because my profile wasn't set up for some reason. So I ended up calling customer service twice - once right after I ordered and then again a week later to try and fix the mistake.
Both times they told me that nothing had been shipped and that my card wouldn't be charged. But guess what? The product showed up today, even though the customer service people said it wouldn't. This inconsistency and lack of honesty is not cool at all. I always make sure to record my calls with companies like this to protect myself, because sometimes they conveniently forget what they promised.
