    MacBook Pro 13” Laptop Sleeve Tan

    Very disappointed. I ordered a laptop sleeve for my husband who has been eying this particular one for months. I did my research on the company and the item and bought the one that is for my husband’s exact computer. When we received it, it came in a nice package, we were all excited. When he took it out and put his laptop in, it was extremely tight and annoying to put the computer in and take it out. Again, this was the exact size for his exact laptop. I reached out to the website to find out what could be done to exchange for a larger one and found out I would need to pay the shipping to exchange or return the item. With no other choice besides having a useless laptop sleeve that already cost over $100 I decided to do it. I had to find my own shipping and followed all the directions that were given to me to ensure we would avoid customs fees to send it back for exchange. I was made to send it back to a Spanish address instead of the UK. I’ve made multiple exchanges through Spain before and never dealt with this from other companies. Now this morning I receive an email from Harber London telling me I have to pay €30. They sent a picture of a notice from the post office in Spanish explaining that no one was there to pick up the package. Again I’m being forced to now shell out even more money just to exchange a defective item. I am very disappointed at this and feel ... for trusting this company and do not recommend anyone in the US order from them unless you want to just deal with items that may not be what you asked for. I am waiting to see what the response will be. Also, left this review on their website for the item and they took it down and have ignored ALL of my attempts to reach someone about the alleged “customs fee” that they are holding me hostage for. Stay away
