Replacement boots under warranty
I just had a problem with some boots I bought that ended up cracking only six months after I got them. I emailed the company to let them know what happened, and even though it took a little while to hear back because they had changed owners, they finally agreed to send me a new pair. I actually got my replacement boots today and I'm happy with how everything turned out. The new company that took over the boots really came through with their response and understanding, and I think their customer service is top-notch. I definitely suggest giving them a try if you need help like I did.
