Quality diamond, poor resize/repair services
The diamond was so beautiful, and the setting was just perfect. But man, let me tell you, the resize/repair services for Canadian customers were a major letdown. I put in a request for resizing back on June 13th, and here we are on July 7th, and I still haven't even gotten a shipping label. I've called three times now, and every time they tell me I'll have a label in a day or two, but it's just not happening. I've decided to just have it resized locally instead. My advice to you, if you need resizing or repairs, is to buy a loose stone and skip the whole setting process.
