Biolade Shampoo & Conditioner
As other reviews mentioned, I ordered a shampoo & conditioner and was only sent the shampoo but not the conditioner. Attempted to get them to send me the conditioner twice, and twice my order got cancelled. I finally called them for a refund, a week goes by, still no refund. Am on the phone with them one last time to get this refund before I just go back to my credit card company and demand a chargeback. They absolutely do not send you what you ordered and then refuse to send you missing items/replace items/refund you. Constantly stringing you on, do NOT SHOP HERE.
