I just bought something from this platform and I actually got the reward I wanted, which was a nice surprise because I had seen some bad reviews. But I did run into some problems. There were times when certain quests weren't accepted, and reaching out to their support team was really difficult. It's annoying when stuff like this happens, especially when all you want to do is enjoy the rewards you worked for.
