Mixed experience with Anglo Dutch Pools and Toys
I recently had the opportunity to purchase a pool and some toys from Anglo Dutch Pools and Toys. Overall, my experience was pretty average.
The website was easy to navigate and had a decent selection of products to choose from. However, I found that the prices were a bit on the higher side compared to other retailers.
I had some trouble with the ordering process and customer service was not as helpful as I had hoped. It took a few days for them to get back to me and when they did, they didn't really address all of my concerns.
When my package arrived, the pool and toys were in good condition and as described on the website. But I was a bit disappointed that the pool was not as big as I had imagined it to be based on the online images.
Overall, I can't say that I had a terrible experience with Anglo Dutch Pools and Toys, but I also wouldn't go out of my way to recommend them. They have a decent selection of products and the items I received were in good condition, but the prices are high, customer service could be improved, and the website images are not accurate.
