My Traveler keyboard started acting up with the keys after only a few months of using it. At first, I tried to brush it off, but then more and more keys just stopped working. I reached out for help, but their solution didn't do the trick. They wanted me to send it in for repair and pay for it myself, even though UK law says it's on the manufacturer for any issues within the first 6 months. I provided them with the info, but now they're dodging me and acting like they can't find my case. It's like they never planned on actually fixing the problem.
