E-signature service
SignNow is super helpful for sharing documents and getting electronic signatures in a fast and secure way. I'm not the best with tech stuff, but I find the platform really easy to use and understand. Sometimes I forget how to set up agreements, but it's not too hard to figure out with a little reminder. If I could make the whole process smoother and not need help as often, I'd give this service a top-notch review. Overall, SignNow has been a lifesaver for making document management a whole lot easier.
Software pricing and payment issue
The software works really well for what I need, but I ran into a frustrating problem when I tried to switch my payment method from PayPal to a credit card. The interface wouldn't let me make any changes, so I had to cancel my current subscription and switch to a pricier plan. My advice is to avoid using PayPal to pay for this service because it's really inflexible when it comes to updating payment info.
Price consistency
I've been using this service for 3 years now and let me tell you, the price hasn't budged since I first signed up. That's a pretty rare thing nowadays, what with prices always going up. The website is nice and simple, making it super easy for me to find my way around and use the service without any trouble. I really like how consistent and user-friendly this service is.

I keep forgetting to get signatures on my papers, but this app is really helpful! It makes cancellations and everything a breeze. It's super easy to use and the price is pretty reasonable. The only downside is that you can only write a special message in an email, not a text. Not a big deal though, I just send a separate text.

It's really annoying how you can't just make a few tweaks to documents without having to start all over. Like, why do I have to begin from square one every time I just need to fix something small? It's so frustrating!

e-signature software
Honestly, it's pretty crazy that this e-signature software doesn't let you type in the print name field or give you other options. Like, how can they miss such a basic thing that most people need? It's annoying and a hassle. I definitely won't be using this service again unless they step up their game and fix these issues.
