Standing over my laptop, I almost skipped it. Bad past courses made me wary, needed upskilling. Support replied really quickly, doubts faded.
Didn't expect much
Wasn't expecting it, but the support actually helped — real people answered. Trainings are deep and you can take them live or whenever; much better than others I've tried, honestly.
Contact info exposed
Signed up so clients could reach us after a bad marketing cleanup, and within days we started getting unsolicited messages from that company. They clearly scraped our contact and even published it. I filed a complaint and got a polite reply, but the behavior feels shady — wouldn’t trust them with private info.
