App subscription feedback
I really like this app because it's a great way to get the main ideas of different books without having to read the whole thing. They keep adding more and more books to their library, so there's always something interesting to learn about. The quality of the app is impressive, and it's definitely worth using. Also, I had a really good experience with customer service. Jean was so nice and helpful, and she fixed my problem quickly. It showed me that they really care about making their customers happy. This whole experience has made me trust the brand even more and believe that they are dedicated to giving great service.
App problem

They collaborate directly with writers as well as combing bestseller lists, new releases, and suggestions to find the most fascinating books. They claim to assist people to integrate new and suitable concepts into their busy lives.
