Book rentals
I've been using this book rental service for a while now, and I have to say, it's hands down the best I've ever used. The books show up super quick, and having tracking for each order is a huge plus. Returning books is a breeze too since they always include return mailers. What really makes this service stand out is the 15-day grace period for returning books late - that kind of flexibility is hard to find. And the customer service is top-notch, always there to help with any questions or issues. This is my go-to for book rentals now, and I don't plan on changing that anytime soon.
Never disappoints ! Have been on it for last 1 month
I have been using the website for month and over for lot of camping book rentals and I must say - this site never fails. If you do not like to rent books at your school then you can always come here. The bad thing is when school starts and the book you need is out of stock than it takes a while for you to find the book you need. The great thing for that is if you have more than 1 book to get than you can use the discount they offer you when something is out of stock. The books are usually in good standing from what I've gotten.
My textbook purchase
I wanted to share my awesome experience ordering my textbook online. I placed my order on a Friday and had my textbook delivered by the following Tuesday. They even included a prepaid return label in a cool hot pink color, making it super easy to send back if needed. I was totally happy with the fast delivery and great service they provided.
Book order cancellation
I've bought books from BookFinder.com a few times now, and each time my order gets canceled. It's frustrating and kind of confusing. Searching for books and placing orders takes time, so it's disappointing when it doesn't work out. I really wish their process was more clear and consistent.
Used hardcover textbook purchase
I totally messed up by trying to be cheap and buying a used hardcover textbook that was supposedly in "good" shape. It was a total disaster. The cover was falling off, pages were all folded up, and the whole book was in terrible condition. I learned my lesson - it's not worth saving a few bucks if the quality is gonna be crap.
