Time-sensitive courses
My experience with this company was so frustrating. The courses I bought had deadlines, so I had only a limited time to finish them. And to top it off, I had to get a perfect score of 100% on each one. Talk about stressful! It felt like I was doomed from the beginning, with crazy expectations and tight deadlines that made it almost impossible to do well. I wouldn't suggest this company to anyone who wants to keep their sanity and have a more reasonable learning experience.
Legal course purchase
I bought this legal course and the way it was set up was pretty good - everything was organized nicely. But, the actual content was a letdown. It seemed like it was just copied straight from the law code, which made it hard to grasp and keep up with. It definitely could use more detailed explanations and a better approach to teaching the material rather than just putting it out there. Also, the referral program they talked about wasn't even legit, which was deceiving and not cool. All in all, I wouldn't suggest this course to anyone.
Trying to get them to stop emailing me
I've been trying to get them to stop emailing me for ages! I've sent so many emails asking them to remove my info and stop bothering me, but they just won't listen! Now I have to spend my time writing these negative reviews about them. Ugh!
online real estate courses
The real estate courses I bought online were really disappointing. It seemed like the company didn't really know what they were talking about. The information was all over the place and just poorly explained. It was tough to really learn anything important from it.
Real estate licensing course
As someone who's been in the real estate game for a while, I gotta say, this licensing course really impressed me. Even with all my experience, I still found some valuable info in there. The material is detailed, easy to follow, and definitely useful for both my work now and any future gigs I might pick up as a real estate agent.
180 hours of education
The course content is basically pointless. It doesn't really help with passing exams or teach you anything valuable. It's just a waste of time to check off a stupid requirement. Honestly, I suggest looking elsewhere if you want to actually learn something worthwhile.
Post-License Course Review
My experience with that dang post-license course was so frustrating, let me tell ya. I was pretty much done with the 45-hour course when I hit a snag with a video clip that just wouldn't play. I tried everything to fix it, sent a bunch of emails, but no luck. And don't even get me started on the customer service - they were useless and didn't help me at all. When I tried to get a refund, I ran into even more problems with emails not going through. Honestly, the whole thing was a letdown and totally unprofessional.
Livestream course enrollment
I signed up for this livestream course over the weekend and it was a disaster. I couldn't even log in when it was supposed to start, and tech support didn't get back to me for hours. And then come to find out, they canceled the class because not enough people signed up. It was such a mess!
Online course tests
The online course tests from this company are a mess. They're hard to navigate and often have questions on stuff that wasn't even taught in the course. Plus, people online are complaining that the answers keep changing, even if you get them right. It feels like they're trying to make you fail on purpose so you have to pay to retake the test. Their customer service is pretty lousy too. They'll argue with you instead of fixing the problems. The live webinars are a letdown too. One instructor spent a long time talking about their personal injury, totally distracted. Even if there are deals on places like Groupon, you end up paying the same because you have to retake the tests so many times. Bottom line, I suggest looking somewhere else for online courses.
Online prelicensing course
I just bought an online prelicensing course, and I'm bummed about how it's turning out. I'm only halfway in, and there's already a bunch of mistakes and errors. It's super annoying to see important words missing, like "not," which really messes with how well I can grasp the material. Because of that, I've had to rely on extra books and studying on my own to make up for the lack of accuracy in the course. To be honest, I don't think this course is worth the money I shelled out for it.
Real estate exam course
I wouldn't recommend spending your time or money on this course. It just doesn't give you enough info to pass the exam, and it seems like they want you to run out of time so you keep shelling out cash. The site freezes a lot too, which just makes things even more annoying. Do yourself a favor and find a better study option.
Real estate education
They act like they know everything about real estate, but honestly, their teaching is a total joke. Don't waste your time or money on them, just stay far away.
