despite a rough start, the song turned out great and I’m glad I waited. I paid extra for a 24-hour turnaround and then got an automated reply saying seven days — which made me raise an eyebrow. I emailed the contact address the next evening (it said they usually reply in two days), got no answer, got a bit snippy, sent another message asking if this was a scam... still nothing for a bit. Then out of nowhere I wake up to the finished track, about 30 hours after ordering. So yeah, their communication could be better — that part annoyed me. But the music, the singing, and the way they nailed my story? Seriously impressive. I’ve had worse experiences with other custom gig sites where the end result was nowhere near what I asked for, so this felt like a pleasant surprise. It’s not perfect — hands off on updates — but if you can tolerate a little suspense, they deliver something really good.
