the app looks clean and felt inviting, not clunky. The instructors are real people, not buzzy teachers, and there's a surprise: one exercise that helped my boyfriend ease sciatic pain months later. A mild gripe — a couple modules felt repetitive — but overall the structure made sense and the extras were fun to browse.

I signed up because my lower back and hips had been grumbling after a lousy mattress and one too many heavy boxes during a move. Bought a few courses — mainly fascia stretching, lymph drainage, and nerve flossing — they fit into my life better than I expected. The teachers explain stuff like a friend showing you a trick, not like a lecture; the sequences feel doable and feel things unwinding (awkward at first — I looked ridiculous but it helped). I use short routines when I'm rushed and longer sessions when I have time, and my stiffness eased. There was one program with a pretty intense eating plan I couldn’t keep up with, so I stopped that early; not their fault, just not my groove. Didn’t test refunds. Overall happy, relieved I found something that works.
Tiny screen, login stuck
Trying to copy a hip circle on a phone that shows the teacher the size of a postage stamp is... not ideal. I booked the belly dance course without fuss and the lessons themselves are good — clear instructor, paced well, better than I expected — that was a surprise. The tech though, that's the problem. First time the web link let me create an account and log in, next time it just sat there loading. I tried the phone app, video was tiny so repeating moves was awkward, kept squinting and pausing. Then I moved to an iPad, entered the same details, and the app again refuses to open my account, just loading forever. It keeps asking me to log in every time, which eats into practice time. Pretty frustrating, I couldn't take my class. If they can make the app keep you logged in and scale video properly, this would be a lot easier to actually use.
