I knew I was satisfied when I clipped on the tie tack and it sat straight, no fiddling — well, a tiny nudge first, but then good. Website ordering was straightforward, delivery on time, ribbon looked professional though a bit stiff. I'd order again; more tracking updates would help.

Odd refund, nicer ribbons
we ordered a bunch of wristbands and ribbons for our student org's big tabling day, and then COVID wiped the event out. The bands themselves felt... fine — the ribbons were actually nicer than I expected, soft and the color held up, which was a small relief. But returning them was a mess. I paid a $14 return fee and they still deducted a $12 shipping charge even though my original order said free shipping. Customer reps all say the same scripted thing, and one even told me that if she processed the $26.10 refund she'd lose her job and the company would shut down — which was weird and uncomfortable. So product use and feel: acceptable for giveaways, probably would have worked fine at check-in, but the refund/shipping policy left a bad taste. Won't risk ordering again.

nice little pin, but beware if you’re buying from outside the US — you might pay a lot more than expected.
