sturdier than I expected and actually fun for adults too. Customer service was okay but a bit slow to reply about the delay. All in all glad we bought it — worth the wait, kind of.
Almost lost, then refunded
I was halfway convinced this was gone for good. I ordered late October and by late November I was chasing because nothing had arrived. Customer care insisted it was delivered — which it clearly wasn't — and then said they'd start an investigation. Replacement? Only if the probe cleared up. Weeks slipped by with no results and email chasers got little or no replies; last contact was 12 days ago after four messages. For an item over £300 that stung. I was pretty bummed — kids' present plans out the window. I've had worse waits elsewhere, but this felt sloppy. Then Andy handled a full refund. That relief was the turning point. Not ideal, but fair in the end.
Still the go-to after years

Late but solid

First they said mid-December, then hoped for before Christmas, then, weirdly, claimed they couldn't find my order. Anyhow, the box finally showed up, and honestly the set feels well made, pieces fit nicely and the kids were into it right away. Communication could've been way better, but the product itself redeemed the wait a bit. My grandkids and their parents were relieved; they played for hours and seemed properly pleased.

So yeah, the doubts I had before buying mostly melted away once I actually had it in my hands. Would I have preferred clearer, faster updates? Absolutely. Would I do it again? Probably, because the product delivers on what it promises. Small gripe: delivery could be tighter and customer messages less vague. Big plus: the item itself is useful and has become one of those things I didn't know I needed until I started using it every day. Bottom line — a bumpy road to arrival, but a good destination.
