I started using the account last month and at first it felt fine — simple layout, quick to navigate. This week some features stopped loading and it's been clunky, like half the options disappear. I emailed support and got a generic reply only, no real troubleshooting. It's usable for basic stuff but frustrating when I need the full service; hope they actually look into it.
Worth a shot, weird hiccup
Overall, it's worth a try — I liked the quick surveys and, surprisingly, the points add up faster than I thought. I first heard about Ipsos from a friend, so I used it for over a year. Recently I got a message saying my account was canceled when surveys stopped. They gave no clear reason. I asked for details and got nothing. I also asked for a PayPal payout and got a $10 gift card instead, which bummed me out. Still, surveys were short and sometimes fun. I'd try it again, but watch payouts and account changes.
