the rep asked me the same stuff twice, acted like she didn't get it, and then asked for a photo of the mailer (which, of course, I'd already tossed). For a minute I was about to give up and just keep ignoring it — you know that sinking feeling. But then the moment came when they actually sent an email confirming the opt-out. Small, but huge relief. I won't pretend the process was smooth — it was clunky and felt like they were making it harder than necessary — but I am genuinely glad it ended up resolved without more drama. So yeah, mild frustration with how it was handled, thankful it didn't drag on forever. If you're considering opting out, be persistent and keep copies if you can. Still, relieved and kind of done with their mailing list now.
Half-baked surveys, sadly
not worth relying on for steady side cash. I signed up because I needed some extra money after an unexpected move and thought, hey, surveys during downtime — easy. Turns out most surveys kick me out halfway with some cryptic “being picky” message. At first I thought, okay, maybe my browser is weird — I mean, I troubleshoot — but then it became basically every time. I click back to the list and it’s suddenly empty, like poof, gone. I did send feedback and they gave me that classic “it’s your device” answer, or they just don’t reply — mostly silence. Funny thing: every once in a blue moon one survey actually credits, which surprised me; so it’s not 100% garbage, but it’s unreliable. They also don’t credit partial completions, which is annoying when you were halfway there. My plan now is to redeem whatever small stash I have before it gets worse. I haven’t tried to claim a payout yet — I’ll update if that turns into another headache — but overall, not recommended for anyone who actually needs dependable pay.
