Software purchase, exceptional service
I bought the software more than two years ago, and just recently when I got a new device, I had some problems with my password. Even though my subscription was still active, my password was just not working anymore. So, I decided to give their customer support a call, and I was really happy with how fast and helpful they were. The person who helped me really knew what they were doing and walked me through resetting my password step by step. Thanks to their awesome support, I was able to fix the problem quickly, and now everything is running smoothly again. I'm really pleased with the great service this company offers.
Software update
I just had a software update that caused some problems I’d never dealt with before. At first, I was really annoyed, but I contacted the support team and they fixed it in just a few hours. I was pleasantly surprised by how fast and efficient they were. All in all, I’m really pleased with the software and the support I got.
