two weeks later a random package (their product) turned up on my neighbor’s porch, not mine — so it wasn’t a total scam, just a hot mess. Main gripe: no customer support at all, nada. My tip: pay with buyer protection or don’t expect helpful replies. Slightly relieved it arrived, still annoying.
Morning switch-up
jar, almond milk, shake, fridge overnight. The peanut and maple combo is mellow but satisfying, keeps me full until lunch and cuts out mid-morning snacking. Subscription management could be clearer (I had to tweak dates), but overall the delivery and support were solid, and I’m upping my next order.
Porch surprise
Woke up to the box on my porch and honestly, the strap is nicer than I expected — soft, flexible, doesn’t itch while I’m cooking or sleeping. Ordering and canceling a subscription was a pain, customer replies were slow, but product itself fits daily life. Kinda relieved it turned out okay, all things considered.
Glad I tried it, but it wasn't smooth at first
Overall I’m actually happy I gave these a shot, even though the whole thing started off clunky. A coworker tipped me off to the brand so I ordered the 12-pack and a single extra jar so my wife and I could each have one. When the box showed up one jar was smashed inside — packaging felt thin, not great. I emailed support the same day and heard nothing for a few days, which annoyed me since I’d at least expect an acknowledgement. After a quiet spell they finally replied and arranged a replacement, so that was a relief. They also keep sending marketing emails, which is a bit much, but the product itself is fine. Not perfect, and the first few days were frustrating, but glad it got sorted out in the end and I’d try them again.
