Mediocre experience with Melodie Music January 12, 2023

I've had some experience with Melodie Music and overall, it's been pretty decent. They offer a wide range of instruments and gear, and their website is easy to navigate.

I've purchased a few things from them, including a guitar and a set of drumsticks. The prices were reasonable and the items arrived in good condition. However, one downside is that their customer service could be improved. I had a question about one of the products I bought and it took a few days for them to get back to me.

Another thing to note is that they don't have physical stores, which can be a bit of a bummer if you're someone who likes to try things out in person before making a purchase. But, they do have a good return policy, so that's a plus.

All in all, I'd say Melodie Music is a decent option for buying music gear online. Just be prepared for average customer service and no physical store experience.
