I can't recommend it anymore. The recent AI additions changed how the app behaves and not in a good way for my workflow. It keeps nudging me into some chat/bot flow, buries the things I actually search for, and once the AI touched my boards some items were moved or edited — which is just annoying and risky for team work. I ended up deleting one company account and stripping users from another because I couldn't trust what would happen next. Billing still bites even with almost no active users, and making someone a simple view-only guest turned into a headache, so now random collaborators can see more than they should while I keep getting charged. I liked the product before — cleaner, predictable — and I’ve seen other tools mess this up by rushing AI in without thinking. I'm a bit bummed because it had real value, but right now it's more of a time-sink than a help.
Billing surprise and lousy vector exports
files come out looking soft and pixelated at scales I need for print, so I had to rebuild the whole thing in Visio to get usable lines and measurements. The app is fine for rough collaboration and quick brainstorming, sure, but if your workflow depends on clean vector output or transparent billing, don’t count on it. Mildly useful, annoying to deal with, costlier than it should be.
Good tool, shady billing
great software, terrible billing UX and customer handling. I switched the team back to a single user and I’m not paying that bill. I’ve had billing hiccups with other vendors before, but usually they fix it fast; here the process destroyed my trust.
