    Not perfect, but Luis really helped

    lots of outreach, easy to sign up, felt legit. Then the reality set in — the first case settled pretty quickly, maybe too quickly, and I felt like they took the path of least resistance. That was frustrating, and yeah, I wanted more of a fight because my injuries were no joke.
    But here's the thing that stuck with me: Luis. He was consistently professional, explained things in plain English, and actually answered questions — not just a voicemail script. He seemed like he cared and like his hands were tied a bit by bigger firm policies. I kept thinking, he’d be great running his own shop.     If you want a giant brand and a fast setup, this place does that.     Long hold, useful follow-up

    lots of hold music, being bounced between reps, and telling the same story (and employer name) three times. That part was frustrating, felt sloppy. My first impression shifted fast from hopeful to suspicious. Using the service felt like stepping into a maze where the walls move. Functionally it’s annoying: long hold times, inconsistent answers, and the constant sense that the actor on the other end is managing intake to blunt legal action rather than support it. I checked the Santa Clara bar listings too and found entries that looked off, names that didn’t match real firms or that felt purposely shady. So I started leaning on small claims for anything principle-based — quicker, simpler, and less likely to get rerouted into nothing. For bigger matters, courts only seem to take notice once patterns pile up and judges pull in proper review. I’ve reached out to county and state officials about this (because somebody should), but those systems are overloaded; a real fix would mean a big overhaul of databases and security. In the end I was relieved I didn’t get stuck — grateful, actually, that my situation worked out okay despite the noise. Still, it’s a runaround you don’t need. Be cautious with online intake forms, watch for immediate call responses, and consider small claims if you just want a real day in court without the circling. Try to keep copies of everything, and don’t let quick-sounding “advocates” talk you out of documenting a case.
