I was kind of tired of guessing online, so when I noticed they sell small sample vials for a reasonable price I figured, why not. Ordering was straightforward — the site is clean and actually helpful, with notes that don't overpromise. The samples showed up quicker than I expected and were wrapped well (no leaking mess, phew). I messaged customer service with a dumb question about blending two scents and they got back to me same day, polite and honest — not canned answers, which is rare. There was a tiny mix-up on one package (my fault, partly), and they corrected it fast and even followed up to make sure I was satisfied. Compared to other places where what you read and what you get are two different things, this felt refreshingly honest. The prices for samples made trying a bunch doable, so I actually found a favorite without wasting money. Not flawless, but great delivery and real people on the other end made me want to come back. I’ll reorder, and I’ve already recommended them to friends who’ve had worse experiences elsewhere.
Nice scent, frustrating return
the automated system kept asking for another photo of how much was left (I already sent two), and now they're hitting me with a restocking fee. Product = great. Returns/customer service = needs fixing. Still, I'm glad I tried it.
The one sample that actually won me over
the quiz felt like theatre and my first box seemed mostly alcohol and faded fast. I changed my answers and braced for better, but got repeats, ugh. Still, one spray on my scarf stuck around and people kept asking what smelled so good. That tiny moment — when someone complimented me — is when I knew I was happy. Kinda surprising, but yeah, I'm sold, even if it's imperfect.
