Subscription renewal issue
I had a really bad experience with this company. Even though I cancelled my yearly subscription last year, they still charged me without letting me know or asking for permission. I asked for a complete refund, but their lack of communication and transparency when it comes to renewals is just terrible.
Mockup variety
The website has a really good variety of mockups that are super easy to use and save. I just wish there were more specific categories like healthy eating or peace to make searching quicker and simpler.
Home decor image variety
I just bought something online and noticed there weren't many good home decor pictures to choose from. I wanted images of stuff like rugs, pillows, curtains, but there were only a few options. It would be awesome if they added more pictures so people like me could have more choices when shopping.
