I use this for quick promo clips and the occasional training vid — daily grind stuff. Delivery was actually faster than I expected; files showed up clean and on time. Support chat helped me untangle a weird export issue, though sometimes you wait a minute. UI is tidy, characters look solid, lip-sync usually does the trick. Not flawless — a couple of stutters and a bug here and there — but it gets the job done for our team and fits the budget.
