no notice it was backordered and then the machine died in under a month. I even had to pay to ship it back and customer support felt like talking to a script, pretty flat. But after some push the replacement showed up and, honestly, it works great — clean cuts, decent (if slightly clunky) software, and it’s stable now. I went from skeptical and frustrated to actually relieved. Not flawless, but definitely useful for my new business.
Label created, patience recommended
five business days passed, parcel barely moved, shipping must've been on vacation. Update: it did arrive eventually, a little scuffed but it works and feels surprisingly solid and comfy in my hands — not fancy, just honest. So yeah, skeptical at first, then pleasantly surprised. Tip: give people realistic delivery windows, and I’d order again.
