the staff I did reach were polite — not rude, and they listened — but polite explanations don’t help when the fix is procedural and no one takes ownership. Also, I mentioned I’ve driven with Uber in Nigeria with a legit account, which made this feel even stranger — same company name, totally different experience. So yeah, part of me is hopeful because the platform itself seems fine and the idea is good, but the process? Needs work. If they’d have just taken control and corrected the typo or given a clear step-by-step, I’d be rolling by now. Instead I’m waiting, repeating myself, and losing momentum. Mildly disappointed, willing to try again if someone actually handles the case instead of redirecting me.
Loop of emails, but ordering was easy
I didn't expect to spend days fighting an email loop, yet here we are — the MVR check kept prompting me to contact the DMV even though Georgia's office had already confirmed my records were fine. I kept attaching screenshots, opening tickets, replying the same thing over and over and mostly got canned replies, which was maddening. That stuck automated loop was the thing that bugged me the most — felt like no one was actually reading my messages. On the bright side, placing the order was straightforward from my phone and the portal is pretty clear, so getting started was no fuss. I needed this for my gig-driving schedule and quick turnaround matters, so slow human follow-up was annoying, but after a bit someone finally reviewed it and cleared the hold. Kind of a relief. So yeah — slick ordering and accurate records, but the customer follow-up needs work. Overall happy it resolved, just could've been handled more smoothly.
