    Weird charge and terrible support

    access was poor, unstable, and effectively useless. Service was worse — unhelpful and defensive. I wish they would at least show the final charge before processing it and train support to actually handle refunds. If you care about getting what you paid for, don’t put your card on file here without a backup plan. Check review histories too; some positives look suspicious. Little relief that the bank sorted it though.

    Setup ran me in circles

    not worth the push. The installer was confusing, and after maybe four hours — yes, four — my husband and I still couldn't get it running. We chatted with two different support reps, watched their walkthrough video that didn't help, and kept going in circles. When I asked for a refund they pointed to a rule about refusing to reinstall and said we didn't qualify. Basically they made the process hard, then called it our fault and closed the case. I have a long recorded call that proves we tried. I told the coworker not to recommend it, and I wish I'd listened. Delivery of the usable product never happened and customer service was defensive, not helpful. Frustrating and disappointing; felt like being bounced around.

    Bleary-eyed and stuck in a loop

    30 a.m., having started the whole thing just after midnight, and honestly I kept thinking, why did I have to do this at night? I had doubts before buying — saw mixed reviews and worried the setup might be a pain — and those doubts mostly stuck. The rep, Nicky, was patient at first but we ended up repeating the same steps again and again, like going in circles. At one point she went on a break without saying anything and left me waiting for like 30 minutes, which was rough since I can only access the device at night. We installed twice, took over six hours, and then found out it still wasn’t working. Then Sophie took over because Nicky had to leave; Sophie seemed swamped and often didn’t reply in chat, or said she was on a break. So between being shuffled around and doing the process repeatedly, it felt like a lot of time wasted. On the bright side, people did show up in chat and tried to help — I appreciate that — but I’d hoped for someone a bit more experienced so we wouldn’t have to retrace steps so many times. I’ve had faster installs with other companies, weirdly, so this was disappointing. Could be better training or clearer handoffs. I’m thankful it didn’t get worse, but not thrilled either.

    don’t sign up unless you love wasting time — I switched services and felt instant relief. I signed up to try their tracking stuff, used it for about 33 hours total before I asked for a refund and cancelled. First impression: downloading felt like a small hostage situation — almost eight hours total messing with it, two of those with the actual phone in my hand. I even spent an hour texting “support” (they don’t have real live phone help), which was slow and felt like talking to someone who hadn’t dealt with this before — I had to repeat questions three or four times. The app barely gives you anything without the target phone or login and that pesky 2FA code, which makes it useless in many scenarios. Responses were slow-ish (about a day between replies) and after three days of back-and-forth the billing team just kept pointing to their policy and saying they had sent a reminder. They wouldn’t accept that I didn’t receive anything, and no refund. That part felt procedural and a bit cold. The product still works well — installation, basic controls, performance — but the experience around billing and account management is fragile. If you want something that runs and you don’t expect to tinker with cancellations or billing disputes, it’s fine. If you want a company that’ll help when something goes wrong or actually acknowledge missing emails, look elsewhere. Not bad tech, disappointing human side.

I was able to recover my funds, after I contacted personalchargeback.com and narrated my ordeal. He swung into action and recovered my money totaling about $345,000 USDT. The platform’s website is no longer in operation. I will remain grateful to them.

    Quick purchase of monitoring software

    I just bought some software to keep an eye on what my kid's up to online, and honestly, I'm kinda disappointed with it. The updates on the dashboard don't show up in real-time, which is a big bummer for me. I've tried switching up my internet connections, but the delays in updates are still there. Turns out, the slow updates are because of how often iCloud backs up stuff, but I was hoping for better performance. It's so annoying not being able to see the most recent data as it's happening.
