I bought it while worried it'd be clunky. I use it for quick mockups for my side design gigs and daily tinkering — setup was painless and payment options were handy. Took me a bit to learn the software, still figuring some things, but the how-to videos and one unexpected preset saved me time. Delivery matched the timeline nicely.
Holiday kit surprise
I surprised my husband with the Vision Pro bundle over the holidays—boxes trickled in (separate packages, which was a tiny surprise). He’s already camped out at the dining table testing parts, planning handmade gifts. Love that we didn’t have to hunt down each component separately. Makes weekend tinkering easier, and honestly I’m relieved it all worked out, really he’s thrilled.
Bought “safety,” got a long repair line instead
this will be different. It looked solid when it arrived. The extractor is neat, quiet actually, and the laser made clean cuts at first. I admit I was pleasantly surprised by the build and how it looked on my bench. That was the good bit.
But then things unraveled fast. Within a week the AirGuard started clogging, even though I cleaned it like they told me and knocked loose what I could. Smoke that should have been sucked away began drifting back into the room. I felt that old scratchy throat again. I did a couple of sessions and got sick. Not just a headache. Real flu‑ish feeling that had me wiping my eyes and opening every window. At that point the “safety” pitch felt like a punchline. I also noticed the laser head acting weird afterward — less power, more spit in the cuts — so I started worrying the extractor didn’t just fail me, it might have stressed the laser module too.
I called support with a clear ask: full refund for the extractor and a replacement for the possibly damaged laser head. That seemed reasonable to me. I explained the fumes were getting into my workspace, that the unit clogged extremely quickly, and that I’d gotten sick. I explained timing and how urgent this was because I run small client jobs out of my home. Support was polite, but the solution they offered was not helpful. They acknowledged some of the problems, sure. Then they asked me to box everything up and ship it back. They insisted on diagnostics and, to my surprise, a service fee even though the unit plainly wasn’t doing its job. They basically put the risk back on me.
Here’s the kicker: their process would take time. Time while I had no functioning extractor. Time that would push me past their 30‑day guarantee. I told them that. They said shipment, diagnostics, decision — rinse and repeat. So the guarantee, pretty much, disappears when something actually goes wrong. It’s a clock that runs while your stuff is in their hands and you’re left paying and waiting. I sent both the AirGuard and the laser module back on March 4. It’s been radio silence on replacements. No clear timeline. Meanwhile I’m turning away work and losing money. That part stings more than the health scare, honestly. Small makers need fast fixes. Not a bureaucratic waiting room.
One unexpected thing: the packaging and initial setup were pleasant. The machine felt premium in those first days, and the fan was quieter than I expected. Too bad that didn’t last. Bottom line: their marketing about safety and guarantees didn’t hold up in practice, and their support process shoved the downtime and cost onto me. I can’t recommend WeCreat for anyone who needs reliable, quick‑turnaround gear. Until they actually honor their safety claims and fix their return workflow, I’d look somewhere else. Not perfect, but works
Found it useful overall — the device does the job, but has quirks. Autofocus stopped working despite following troubleshooting steps; support responses were hit-or-miss. Ordering replacement cables from the site was awkward, so I bought one elsewhere. Also bought the upgraded rotary with no fitting instructions, now it won't fit some of my glasses. Delivery was actually fast, which I appreciated.
Good engraving, poor wiring
Bought this 45W laser and only started using it after a few months sitting in the garage. First few engraves were sharp enough that I thought, okay, this was the right choice — that’s the moment I felt satisfied. Then after roughly ten hours the wiring harness showed fraying. I swapped in the spare as instructed, but it began binding and frayed again just from hand movement. Nice engraving, disappointing durability.
Rollercoaster start, glad it ended well
no notice it was backordered and then the machine died in under a month. I even had to pay to ship it back and customer support felt like talking to a script, pretty flat. But after some push the replacement showed up and, honestly, it works great — clean cuts, decent (if slightly clunky) software, and it’s stable now. I went from skeptical and frustrated to actually relieved. Not flawless, but definitely useful for my new business.
Label created, patience recommended
five business days passed, parcel barely moved, shipping must've been on vacation. Update: it did arrive eventually, a little scuffed but it works and feels surprisingly solid and comfy in my hands — not fancy, just honest. So yeah, skeptical at first, then pleasantly surprised. Tip: give people realistic delivery windows, and I’d order again.
