I bought a single bottle of their beetroot to test against my usual beet juice — mostly for my morning smoothie and the odd pre-run boost — and then things got weird. Two more bottles showed up unasked (ghost shipments? very sci-fi), and a few mysterious charges hit my card. No phone support, just emails, which were fast but not super helpful at first, so I had to chase them a bit. At one point the return link didn't work (of course), which made me sigh. Anyway, after a couple of rounds someone finally took ownership, refunded the extra charges and arranged a proper return. The juice itself is nice — not life-changing but it does the trick in my routine — and customer service actually made it right in the end. Still a little wary, but satisfied enough to keep using the product now and then.
Surprisingly useful, but the refund policy annoyed me
when I tried to return it after discovering it didn't suit my partner, they insisted I send back the empty bottle and pay shipping, and even asked why I was returning it. That felt off — not the no-questions guarantee they advertised. So yeah, the product itself worked well in my daily routine, I'm grateful it arrived quickly even if the return policy needs work.
Needed items missing, support was a mess
Bought a few things I rely on every week — pantry staples and a small kitchen gadget — but only part of the order showed up. No phone number, just email and an automated chat, so chasing them felt never-ending. I went back and forth with support for weeks, probably around 20 messages, and got a partial refund, not the full amount. What did arrive works fine, but the hassle and uncertainty left me annoyed.
