    Small win after a rough start

    Overall I'm kinda relieved — after getting suspiciously banned I actually ended up satisfied. I needed extra cash for a move so I did a bunch of surveys that asked for personal details, app installs and even a tiny purchase. They flagged my account within two days and froze my earnings, which felt shady, and at first support was unhelpful. I complained, asked for proof, pushed a couple times, and eventually they reviewed it, returned money and reactivated me. Not perfect, but it worked out. But I'm relieved for now.

    they’re consistent. They follow up quickly, and when I emailed they actually replied and one rep said they’d remove me. On the other hand, getting asked for a reason over and over while I’m trying to get through the day? Not great. I use my phone for work calls and family time, so interruptions are annoying. The reps can be polite, sometimes helpful, and some clearly tried to fix it, but others kept pressing for why I didn’t want to participate and wouldn’t let it drop until I gave an answer. That led to several five-minute phone exchanges I didn’t need. Then, after being told I was taken off the list, a week later the calls started again — same dance. Overall I’m kind of impressed by the follow-through and responsiveness when you push via email, but their process for stopping outreach needs to be tightened. If you like regular check-ins and proactive teams, you might find this fine; if you want to be left alone after saying no, be prepared to repeat yourself a few times.
