Halfway through moving boxes, my lower back staged a protest so I ordered a lumbar cushion on a whim. Delivery actually turned up when they said it would — big relief — but the packaging was mashed and the tracking updates were vague, so I kept refreshing the page. Customer service? Mildly useful, then not, then helpful again; I had to call twice and repeat myself, but in the end someone sorted the return label. The cushion helps, I’m kind of happy, but the whole process felt clunky and could be smoother.
