What is positive points say my example -I was already using a service since five years and despite lovely offers I didn't switched to othe companies Considering one problem to discontinue for some hours during shifting I am a small company ,and the kind of services I provide I couldn't dare to take that risk
But last year in mid June When many companies shut down for some days due to pandemic threat I had time to switch to other one.

I just bought some web hosting services and man, let me tell you, the customer service was top-notch. The dude I talked to, I'll call him Vincent G, was so chill and knew his stuff. He gave me all the deets I needed to make a smart choice and helped me get everything set up hassle-free. I was seriously impressed by how well Vincent G and the rest of the customer service peeps took care of me.
Hosting support
The customer service at this company is awesome every time. I had a problem with my hosting not long ago, but Alec from support was so patient and really helpful. He stuck with me until the issue was totally fixed, even though it turned out to not be their fault. Every time I talk to them, I feel like they really care about making sure I'm happy.
Server outage assistance
The customer service rep, Priscila J., was super patient and really helped me out during a long server outage. She not only fixed the issue quickly, but she also took the time to walk me through each step. Her knowledge and professionalism were top-notch.
WordPress support
I've been having some problems with uploading files on WordPress when using it on a Windows server. It's been really annoying and a waste of time having to reach out to customer support every time this happens. But, I have to give props to Phillip Hoyland from the support team for being super helpful in fixing the issue. It would be great if the company could work on solving this problem for good to make things easier for all us customers.

Man, I was totally panicking because I couldn't access my websites. But then I reached out to customer service and let me tell you, this guy Ujwal was a total lifesaver! He quickly identified the problem, had me run a test, and just like that, it was fixed. Huge shoutout to Ujwal for coming to the rescue.

I've gotta give props to the customer support guy at this hosting provider named Ujwal Pande. He's helped me out a bunch of times and always knows his stuff. He's really good at fixing problems and finding solutions. I really appreciate how dedicated he is and how much he helps me out.

This guy Ujwal Pande was awesome when I reached out for help. I had no clue what I was doing, but he was so friendly and understanding. He solved my issue really fast over the phone, which saved me a ton of time compared to trying to figure it out online all day yesterday. Thanks a bunch, Ujwal!
Technical support experience
I just wanted to share that I reached out to tech support the other day for a minor issue and had a great experience! Andrew and Diego helped me out, and they were super fast and polite. It was really nice to get such awesome customer service. I hope they keep it up!
