I tried to remove several cPanel forwarders and they seemed deleted, but emails kept going to the old addresses. I deleted them multiple times, even created a new forwarder to test, and the system kept using the vanished address. Chat support was disappointing — the rep (named Amit) basically pasted back screenshots and logged output without investigating. He sent me an image of a forward that, according to him, pointed to a non-existent cPanel entry; that didn't fix anything. Thirty minutes wasted and no resolution. If you compare to other hosts I've used, this kind of issue gets checked server-side. Small teams can be fine, but this felt sloppy and left me annoyed. Wouldn't call it terrible overall, but support needs to get better.

    I've been having some problems with uploading files on WordPress when using it on a Windows server.
