For quite a long years our family has beens selecting CruiseDirect as our major platform to book cruises. Does not matter we live in Europe, we always received very good care and the most satisfying service from the Customer Service before and even after a cruise. Recently we booked cruise with NCL but could not resolve issue of their CruiseNext deposit, how to add it to our payments. We tried to get answers from NCL via e-mails but did not receive answer apart of confirmation of e-mail receipt. Mr.Enrique Bravo was a CS person who interfered , helped to find traces of the deposit and add it to payments already done. Many thanks to him and other Customer Service colleagues ! I highly suggest trying them out as well.
