So yeah, the drone itself sold me on usability and footage quality; the company sold me on sticking around. Price felt a bit high at first, but after reliable performance and the support experience, it felt justified. Not perfect—there are bits that could be tweaked, like battery life under heavy use—but overall my doubts before buying are gone.
