She listened and offered a goodwill fix that actually solved things. Communication felt human. Polite and practical. I’ve had worse experiences with other companies where support felt scripted; this was different. I still use the HoverAir Pro Max regularly. It’s solid gear and the polite, responsive service makes me recommend it to folks I know. Minor hiccup on delivery, but the follow-up and handling made the whole purchase worth it. I’m glad they stayed with me through the steps, so I feel comfortable buying from them again.

I’ve used it for commuting and quick errands, maybe ten hours per battery, and two out of three packs started to swell — which to me is a safety issue, not normal wear. Support first replied quickly and seemed professional, but then they refused a replacement because I bought through a non-authorized channel and pointed to warranty limits; their offer was a 15% discount on a new battery. That doesn’t sit right given the minimal use and multiple affected batteries. The scooter itself rides fine and fits into my routine, so it’s not unusable, just worrying. I’d expect more practical help for a possible defect. I’m open to a fair fix, but their current solution feels inadequate.

When the box arrived there was only the Beacon. I called support and they said the price was for the beacon alone, despite the bundle pic. They shipped with "2 business day" priority but it still came late. The small €20 goodwill offer was something, but it didn't erase feeling a bit misled. On the upside, the Beacon itself is really solid — the tech is brilliant and that quiet buzz of it won me over, so I kept it. So: service and delivery need work, pricing/layout are confusing, but the product lives up to the hype. A bit annoyed, but still happy with the gadget.
