Discounted Las Vegas accommodations and show tickets
I recently worked with a super helpful insider at this place in Las Vegas named Jessica Roesner. Jessica was really nice, and she knew so much about all the shows in Vegas. She not only got me a way better deal per night than the regular rate at a fancy hotel, but she also hooked me up with a nicer room. Her service was so good that I decided to hit her up again, and she really came through by booking us tickets to three different shows with great seats. I'm super happy with how everything went and I just want to give a big thanks to Jessica for being so awesome.

I just wanted to share about the great experience I had with Jessica from customer service. She reached out to me about a little issue on the website and was super helpful in fixing it. Just a tip, I recommend using a PC or laptop when you book, it's way easier to find the right show, tour, or hotel that way.
Booking flamingo hotel
Easy to book but Impossible to cancel booking in a month, waited hours on the phone multiple times, they do not reply email I could not leave a phone number for them to call me back (system has a bug), I called ceasars they said i had to cancel through lasvegas.com, and finally they charged me the full cost. Awfull, stesssful, bad bad bad.
Golden Nugget
I had to cancel and held forever and no one answered. I lodged a bad review then got an email and said that they refunded my money and that’s been several weeks ago and still haven’t received it. I’ve tried calling again and NOBODY answers!!!! It’s not worth the 2 dollars a night savings. Who knows if it even works
flight and hotel
this company is a scam! Do not purchase anything from this company. They have the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I received an email on Tuesday notifying me that something happened to my flight out there and to call the number they gave immediately. The number is turned off and when I call other numbers I found no one ever picks up or calls back. Ive also left emails and no replies have been sent back. I have no idea what's going on with my trip and I can't get through to anyone. Don't use!

It all seemed fine until I had to cancel Wednesday 07/01/20. I called at 3 PDT and a message said they open at 8 AM PDT, but not when they close. Next day I called at 9 PDT and there was no answer. I called at 2:30 PDT, Thursday and received no answer, just the same message. Decided to leave a message a little bit later. I received no call back and nobody has cancelled my trip as of Saturday. So it clearly seems that if you schedule and have to cancel, they will simply not answer the phone, which is the only way I have found to cancel. The only reason I did it was because it said I could cancel without penalty costs. Next step is the BBB, but that may not do anything. Since I am in the predicament I am in, I will either go and possibly get fired, or I will loose all my money. I would not ever use this site. It seems as if there is no issue, you are fine, but changes or cancellations are not possible, and best case scenario, not possible in a reasonable time frame.
