Quick and affordable transfer
We used this service to book a transfer for our trip and we were pleasantly surprised by how cheap it was compared to other choices. Our flight ended up being late and we had to switch terminals, but the driver was still there waiting for us, which was a big relief. However, during the ride to our hotel, the driver was always on his phone, which made us feel a little uneasy. When we headed back to the airport, the driver was early, very polite, and made sure we got there safely. Overall, we would definitely use this service again, but we're crossing our fingers for a more attentive driver next time.
Recent transfer experience
It was such a breeze from beginning to end! The drivers were super nice and right on time. The driver who drove me from the airport to where I was going was so nice and talkative, which made the ride really enjoyable. But the driver who picked me up to take me back to the airport was pretty quiet and didn't really chat at all. Maybe a language thing, but still a little letdown. Anyway, the vehicles were clean and always on time. Overall, really great service.
Recent transfer experience
I just want to give a shoutout to the transportation service I used for my recent transfer. They were seriously top-notch! The company was always on time, and the drivers were so friendly, polite, and total pros. I've used them a bunch of times now and I definitely plan on using them again in the future. Huge thanks to all the drivers for their awesome service!

Efficient and cost-effective airport transfer
The booking process was super easy and we got confirmation right away. Our driver was really nice and found us without any trouble, even in the busy airport. The trip back was just as seamless. Transfer service
I've used the transfer service a bunch of times in different places and it's always been great. Tonight I had a small issue with my booking, but I sent a WhatsApp message to the staff and they fixed everything super fast. Cristina was amazing and fixed it in just minutes. I'm really grateful for the excellent service!
Smooth first-time experience
My first time using this service went really well. The bus showed up right on time and was super clean, the driver was nice and helpful, and all for a great price. The only thing that made me a little anxious was not knowing the pick-up time until the day before the trip, but I get why they do it that way. Overall, I would totally use this service again.
Love services
Used the services before and never disappointed me. They are very friendly in case you mess things up , lol. Also The price is really suitable as per the quality of services.
The booking is simple too so i dont find anything that stop using the services !I have used this service many times before and have never been dissappointed but I was book for May 24,2020 and I had to cancel due to the Coronovirus and have been refused a refund even though they state you can get a full refund before 48 hours of booking. The customer service has not respond to my request for a refund.

Private taxi to and from Fuertaventura airport in March 2024
I've used the transportation service before with no problems, but my recent ride was a letdown. The private taxi I arranged to take me to and from Fuertaventura airport wasn't what I was hoping for. The taxi from the airport was messy with torn seats, which made the trip pretty uncomfortable. And when I was picked up from my place, it wasn't a private car like I paid for - it was a shared taxi with multiple seats. This put other passengers in a tough spot because they were expecting a private ride and ended up being delayed because of us. I contacted the company about what happened, and while they offered me a refund, it just didn't feel like enough given the situation. All in all, this experience didn't live up to what I'm used to from this service.
Airport transfers
Lousy service upon pickup. I cancelled the return. Herman at Sun Transfers promised to refund both payments. It's been weeks, and he has done nothing. Do NOT do business with this company.
Suntransfer in Budapest
I was to leave May 24th and was using Suntransfers which has always done well by me in the past bookings all over Europe.I had to cancel due to the virus and have not received my refund as stated in their policy. I did not want a credit as we don't know how long this virus will last. Very disappointing. Will probably not use them again if they can't improve their customer Service and abid by their polocies.
