Complex Login Issue
When I first tried to log into my account on the Bitcoin IRA app, I ran into an annoying issue that kept me from getting in. No matter how many times I tried, I just couldn't get access. So, I reached out to customer service for help and got connected with Leslie Means, who was awesome. Leslie was patient and really helpful as we figured out that the problem started with the email I used to set up my account. Turns out, I couldn't send emails from that account, which caused a mix-up on the company's end because most of my stuff was linked to a different email address. I had to create a new email just to send over the necessary documents. It was a headache to sort out, but Leslie's professionalism and support made it a lot easier to deal with.
Resolving digital trust issue
