I opened the bag on my kitchen counter and liked that it smelled clean — mixing was actually stupidly easy, no clumps. Buying the dry powder so I can stir it fresh is huge for me. Price was the real draw, though packaging could be clearer. Will probably order again, just minor quibbles.
Noticed the change
Right when I realized it was doing something — I was reaching for a word and it came. I’d tried other brands before that felt flaky, so I appreciated the clear third‑party testing and simple mixing. Shipping was fast, instructions easy. I’m starting to use it more regularly now most days, cautiously optimistic.
Delivery saved me, support ghosted
I needed this because I’m in the middle of a move and my lower back’s been acting up, so I wanted the new support right away. I placed an order on their site but, impatient, I bought the same product from the CZTL Amazon store — arrived the next day and was a lifesaver. Meanwhile I emailed the seller a bunch of times to cancel the original order. No reply. I kept checking, hopeful, but radio silence. Then the seller still shipped my first order and said it would arrive in a week. I assumed returning it would be a hassle. After a bit more back-and-forth they refunded me, apparently deciding the return wasn’t worth it, so I ended up with the product for free. That was nice, and I’m a little relieved, but the whole support experience was messy. If you need it fast, buy from Amazon.
