Fender covers
We were sent and incomplete order, and one item was damaged, leading us to believe that the covers were of poor quality. We contacted Fishbrain to get a return authorization. My wife and I were told that we must have a photo of the damaged item, then they will get in touch with the third party vendor for return authorization. They stated that it takes 2-3 days to contact the vendor for the approval of return. So, even though Fishbrain received and accepted payment for the covers, they will not honor the sale without a third party authorization. We will never purchase anything from Fishbrain again, and I would suggest to anyone who wishes to purchase from Fishbrain, read the reviews, we are not the only ones expressing dissatisfaction in their customer (non) service.
Bought fishing gear
I bought some halibut rigs and got sent the wrong ones and nobody seems to be able to help me.thew keep saying thew will email the supplier
