A week later, I was still checking the porch for an item that was supposed to arrive in a few days. Then the delivery estimate suddenly stretched to 11 days. The automated phone line mixed up my order, and nobody answered emails. Pretty frustrating, especially since I’m now opening a PayPal refund case.
Delivery turned into a mess
I needed these tires for my daily commute, so I ordered two and expected a normal delivery. Then the estimate showed almost a month, which I honestly missed at first. Support said the order was canceled, but the tires still arrived and my refund hasn’t shown up weeks later. Getting a clear return answer has been really difficult.
Still waiting on a basic response
I wouldn’t rely on this site if you need tires anytime soon. I was already frustrated after another tire company sent my order to the wrong place, and this ended up feeling way too similar. It’s been over a month with no tire, no useful update, and no real contact from customer service. Maybe it gets resolved eventually, but right now I’m just stuck chasing answers. I should’ve looked into the company more before ordering.
Stock Status Needs Work
I was pretty doubtful after my tire order got canceled the day after I placed it. The site showed them as available, so that was frustrating. Still, once I contacted support and opened a PayPal case, the refund did come through. It took longer than it should have, almost two weeks. Not the worst outcome, but I’d double-check inventory before ordering again.
Tire went on a mystery trip
I needed this tire quickly because my bike was already off the road, so the 3–4 day estimate mattered. Then the confirmation said two weeks, which was frustrating. The tracking later marked it delivered in Germany, not to me. I tried calling during the day and got an office-closed message, and my email went unanswered. Honestly, I just wanted a clear update.
Not great when you need tires fast
Honestly, I’d look elsewhere if you need tires anytime soon. I ordered two for my car because I use it every day for work and school runs, and after almost two weeks I still haven’t gotten a useful update by text or email. The listing made it sound like they were in southern England, but tracking now shows Switzerland, which is confusing. For £390, I expected clearer communication at least. Maybe they’ll arrive fine, but so far it’s been frustrating.
Packing panic
Halfway through packing for a weekend road trip I realized the tires I ordered still weren't here. The website checkout was simple and the price seemed reasonable, so my first impression was good. Then the delivery estimate jumped from 2–4 days to 14, and tracking somehow claimed they'd been delivered — which they weren't. I tried chat, crickets, and put in a phone call that got cut off after about 45 minutes when my phone died. It's annoying and I had to buy elsewhere, but maybe customer service will sort a refund.
Mystery Tire Road Trip
There I was, afternoon, juggling a jack and a flat and thinking 'this will be quick' — until the tire went on a little trip. Ordered from a UK site, watched the tracker show it chilling in some anonymous German warehouse. No replies to calls, emails ghosted me, so I bought another tire because I needed to drive. Two weeks later the original arrived, perfectly fine, and now it's just a spare in the trunk — I used it once during a rainy week. First time I unboxed it it looked okay, not brand-new excitement, more like 'fine, thanks.' Customer service was the real pothole, delivery confusing but it did arrive.
Almost gave up, then relief
their site looked fine and the price was decent, so I hit buy. Then nothing showed up when I needed them — had to leave my car and borrow my partner's, which was a pain. Calling was worse: on hold forever, got cut off after like two hours, emails went unanswered. The tracking number they sent looked odd (some Hungary code DPD UK didn’t recognize) and their site even said delivered, but I never got them. I kept chasing and, to my surprise, someone finally sorted it and the tyres arrived right before the rescheduled test. Frustrating process, but that last-minute delivery is when I finally felt relieved.
Smooth delivery, actually relieved
I was half-expecting a drama, honestly. Ended up being the least stressful online purchase I've had in ages. Ordered four Goodyear tires and they showed up exactly on the day quoted. Packed well. No marks, no fuss. The tracking was detailed — I could see the package move from Germany right to my street, which was oddly comforting. I rang customer support a few times because I worry, you know? Every time someone picked up fast and was calm and helpful, no robotic answers. They gave clear updates and even stayed patient when I asked the same question twice. Delivery partner (DPD) did their bit too. Price was the best part — much cheaper than local shops. I'm genuinely glad I went with them. If you’re unsure, give their support a call before you panic. I’ll use them again and tell a few mates. Felt good to be pleasantly surprised.
Wrong tyres, worse follow-up
either send a return label or give me a small gesture toward buying whitewall inserts (they’re about $130 here) so I could still make the shows. I asked for about $45 toward the inserts and said I’d keep the tyres if they did that. Silence. Multiple emails over a week, and then nothing. I’ve dealt with other vendors who at least pick up the phone or send a prepaid label — this felt oddly indifferent.
What really bothered me was not just the wrong product but the radio silence after admitting the mistake. It’s the lack of follow-through that turned this from an annoying delay into a ruined weekend and a credit-card dispute. Small companies can mess up, I get that, but owning it and helping the customer is the simplest part. I’m still bummed about missing shows and now have to chase my bank. Not the experience I expected.
