Wrong tyres, worse follow-up May 1, 2026

either send a return label or give me a small gesture toward buying whitewall inserts (they’re about $130 here) so I could still make the shows. I asked for about $45 toward the inserts and said I’d keep the tyres if they did that. Silence. Multiple emails over a week, and then nothing. I’ve dealt with other vendors who at least pick up the phone or send a prepaid label — this felt oddly indifferent.
What really bothered me was not just the wrong product but the radio silence after admitting the mistake. It’s the lack of follow-through that turned this from an annoying delay into a ruined weekend and a credit-card dispute. Small companies can mess up, I get that, but owning it and helping the customer is the simplest part. I’m still bummed about missing shows and now have to chase my bank. Not the experience I expected.
