00 a.m., annoyed and half asleep. The tour was supposed to pick up at 7:00 from the hotel, confirmation the night before said 2:00 at some random Krakow address. We drove, stood in freezing air by the gates until they opened, tickets not ready, people from other tours went straight in. I asked for a refund later and got a firm no. Paid way more than advertised — that stung. I used it in late November and first impression was chaos. Still, once inside the place itself it landed. The guide was respectful and the site is powerful. Delivery and service need serious work, but the visit mattered.
Messy pickup, meaningful visit

I booked this trip because we wanted an educational, family visit — my partner, our kid, and I — and because I’ve been meaning to see it for personal reasons. They confirmed the night before, then changed pickup to 2:00 AM at some random Krakow address. We froze standing outside for hours and the kid got ill afterward. Paid a lot more than advertised (advertised £40, we ended up paying £220 for three), cashback was refused, and other groups walked straight in at opening. Still, once inside it felt authentic and important, so mixed feelings — annoyed but ultimately glad we went.
