I bought this product pretty skeptical — honestly, after more than a decade of GERD you kind of expect nothing will change. I was careful about foods and all that, still wary. After a few weeks though my throat stopped feeling constantly raw and the reflux is far more under control, not perfect but noticeably better. Two hospitals even noted improvements in my reports, which made me less suspicious. I tried the multivitamin and immune C during flu season; everyone else was coughing but I mostly avoided it. I've worn a military-style mask since 2017 to protect my throat, so that's a factor, but the 3000 IU vitamin D Patrick formulated seems to help with the combo. Member discount makes refills easy. Pretty glad I tried it.
Login finally fixed, mixed support
Right in the middle of a deadline panic I hit the login wall. A coworker had first pointed me to their platform last month, so I already trusted it. I typed my password carefully several times — no luck. The site wouldn’t accept it and, annoyingly, there’s no option to show what you’re typing, so you can’t check for stray spaces. I called during working hours, got voicemail, left a message, emailed as well and waited. First reply I got felt a bit patronizing and didn’t solve anything, which made me wonder if they even want customers. After pushing back politely I finally reached a different rep who walked me through a manual reset and checked my account. That’s the moment I knew it was going to be okay — I could log in and see my dashboard. Relief. I’m glad I stuck with it and even told another colleague to try it; it works, just needs some UX and faster phone support.
