I'm happy — it's solid and useful. It arrived three days early, setup was painless with clear instructions, and the app is handy for managing power. I'll run a stress test to push all ports. Feels sturdy, the handle makes it easy to carry.
Night-two lifesaver
Woke up on night two of camping and realized my CPAP still had power — that's when I knew this Anker was a keeper. I hooked it up the first evening, it felt solid and it ran all night with no hiccups. Ordering was easy and it arrived quick, so I'll buy again.
Blizzard test surprise
So I actually got this during a blizzard, delivered on time — weirdly impressed. Haven't lost power yet, but I plugged in my space heater to see if it would cope; it ran for hours without hiccups, which surprised me. It feels solid and not too loud, though a bit bulky. Pretty happy overall, would recommend, no joke.

Warranty roulette
the “free” 400W panel that came with my big purchase only has a four-month warranty, while the same panel apparently gets two years if you pay for it separately. That felt like a bad joke. When things worked, it did okay, but dealing with support and that warranty nonsense wore me down. Wouldn’t recommend unless you like paperwork and patience.
