Halfway through hooking these up I hit a snag — the LED controllers wouldn't respond. Support got back to me fast with clear steps and, to my surprise, the lights came alive. The units feel solid and responsive when in use, shipping was quicker than I expected from China, and I'll definitely order here again.
Narrow fit, quick help
Halfway through installing the super-narrow 2.7mm LED strips behind my TV and under the cabinets, I realized how rare these are. Delivery was quick, customer service (Coco) answered fast and helped with measurements. Adhesive wasn't perfect but they work well for daily use.
Finally decent office lighting
