bot first, three days of silence, then a reply saying I'd pay for a label, more waiting, a call that sent me back to email, and finally an external site to generate the label. Two weeks to return about $300 worth of gear. App had occasional lag and the doorbell volume wasn't ideal, so not perfect, but the cameras themselves did what they promised. If you need functioning cams and don't expect good support, fine — otherwise be ready for a headache.
